Supplier Innovation Program launch

Has your business considered taking part in one of BHP's open innovation challenges? Don't miss the Supplier Innovation Program launch event on Tuesday 23 June, answering all your questions on accessing project opportunities and new avenues for collaboration.

The Supplier Innovation Program will deliver a series of engagements that showcase BHP challenges at their Australian operations. METS companies will be invited to attend workshops and briefings, with senior members of BHP's team, to better understand the challenges and formulate solutions. The winning solution has the opportunity to become a paid pilot program, with the successful supplier working directly with BHP.

This process will provide an avenue for BHP to crowd-course a broad range of unique innovations, while METS companies benefit from easier access to project opportunities and new avenues for collaboration.

The Supplier Innovation Program virtual launch event will explore the objectives of this new initiative, demonstrate successes through open innovation challenges and provide an opportunity to ask your key questions.

This event is hosted by Austmine and features the following guest speakers:
- Sundeep Singh, Group Procurement Officer, BHP
- Camila Cáceres, Supply Innovation Specialist, BHP
- Andrew Harris, Mining Analytics Consultant, Consilium Technology
- Christine Gibbs Stewart, CEO, Austmine
- Peter Barrenger, Principal Local Buying, Supply Innovation Marketing & Supply, BHP (Moderator)
